About role

TechNova is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our workflow automation suite. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions that empower enterprise users.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, goals, and success metrics.

• Partner with engineering and design teams to launch new features.

• Gather customer insights and translate them into product improvements.

• Monitor competitors and market trends to refine positioning.

• Present progress and product vision to internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.

• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade products.
